Village of Saltaire, Fire Island
Our team was selected by the Village in 2022 to update their assessment administration program. The Village's use of RPS-V4 was limited to maintaining property ownership and basic assessment data. The scope of the project included updating physical inventory of each parcel with anticipation of completing analysis of the assessment roll.
Town of Southampton Reassessment
Our firm was selected as the monitor for the Town of Southampton's 2022 reassessment project.
2022 Reassessment Project
Our firm was selected as the reassessment vendor for the Village of Shoreham's 2022 reassessment project. The project was completed on time, providing the Village with assessment at 100% of market value.
Nassau County 2018 Reassessment Project
After eight years of Nassau County maintaining a frozen assessment roll, our firm was selected in 2018, to assist Nassau County with updating commercial values (classes II &IV) county-wide.
Nassau County 2003 Reassessment Project
Our firm was selected in 2000, along with Cole Layer Trumble, to serve as the local expert in the reassessment of both residential and commercial properties in Nassau County.
Multiple Village-wide Reassessment Projects within Nassau County
Michael Haberman Associates, Inc. has completed revaluations for the Villages of Russell Gardens, Westbury, Farmingdale, Mineola, Sea Cliff, Great Neck, Williston Park, Great Neck Estates and Lake Success. Russell Gardens and Lake Success’s second revaluation projects were completed on schedule, providing up to date equitable and defendable assessment rolls for their corresponding tax years. Currently our team at MHAI is providing reassessment service for the Village of Shoreham with a scheduled completion date for the 2022 tax year.
Multiple Municipal Reassessment Consortium (MMRC)
In 2016, our company was selected by MMRC to monitor this multiple town reassessment project. The municipalities included in this two year project consisted of the Town's of Greenburg, Ossining and North Salem.
